2. Services Description

FiveM-Proxy provides DDoS protection services for FiveM and RedM gaming servers. Our services include:

• DDoS attack mitigation and protection
• Server proxy and routing services
• 24/7 monitoring and support
• Technical assistance for server configuration

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT (VAT not applicable). Payment is required in advance for all services. We accept payments through our secure payment system.

4. Right of Withdrawal - IMPORTANT

Due to the immediate nature of our DDoS protection services, which begin providing protection as soon as payment is confirmed, customers explicitly agree to waive their 14-day right of withdrawal when making a payment.

5. Service Delivery

Services are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Configuration instructions and access credentials will be provided through our client portal or Discord support.

6. Service Level and Availability

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our protection services, we cannot guarantee 100% protection against all types of DDoS attacks. Our services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

7. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate server information for configuration
• Follow our technical instructions for proper setup
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to circumvent or abuse our protection systems

8. Limitation of Liability

FiveM-Proxy's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for:

• Indirect damages or lost profits
• Server downtime due to customer configuration errors
• Attacks that bypass our protection systems
• Force majeure events beyond our control

9. Termination

Services may be terminated by either party with written notice. Refunds for unused periods may be provided at our discretion, subject to a minimum service period.

10. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Customer data is used solely for service provision and support purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our services, including software, configurations, and documentation, remain the property of FiveM-Proxy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated to customers and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
